Today we Stood Out for Young People’s Mental Health! 🌟
📣 On World Mental Health Day, we went above and beyond to show our support and raise awareness for young people’s mental health. 🌍💙
💪 We kicked off the day with a fantastic family Daily Mile, where parents, teachers, and students came together to enjoy some fresh air and exercise. 🏃♀️🏃♂️ It was amazing to see the whole community united in promoting wellbeing!
🌟 Our talented Mindfulness Mentors then led a thought-provoking assembly, inspiring our students to take care of their mental health. We explored the power of positive thinking and discussed effective coping strategies. 🧠🌈
🎨 To commemorate this special day, we got creative and painted beautiful pebbles. Each one represented an act of kindness, and as a whole school, we created a stunning kindness snake. 🐍💖 Now, every time we see the snake, it reminds us of the importance of spreading positivity and compassion.
📚 As a follow-up to our amazing day, our homework this week will focus on mental health and wellbeing. Our students are excited to dive further into this important topic and share their insights with us! 💡✏️
